Why serious training has become essential ? In the lash industry, the problem is not a lack of offers. The problem is the lack of real mastery. Today, many clients no longer understand why one set costs more than another. And it is understandable: the market is full of services done in a rush, without analysis, without understanding, and without real construction. As a result, the work of true professionals is devalued, even though lash extensions are a demanding technical service that very few people truly master at a high level. The same problem exists in training. Many courses promise to make you a lash artist, but only teach a superficial foundation. The student leaves with mappings, but without understanding how to analyze the eyes, build an effect, create depth, and adapt her work to a real client. What is often missing is not the technique. It is the system. This is precisely why, in my own trainings, I always place the focus not on repeating mappings, but on understanding the logic behind them. Mappings are only a tool. A good training must provide tools, a method, and knowledge that allow the artist to keep evolving long after the course. And when I invite an educator, I choose only professionals who share this approach: those capable of teaching a real system, not just showing a technique. Valentina Bagdanova is one of those artists. Her work influences trends, but above all, it shows what lash styling becomes when it is based on precision, structure, and a conscious approach. Coming now is no longer simply about learning trendy effects. It is about choosing to evolve, to better understand your craft, to create results that clients can recognize, and to take part in the development of a market where quality becomes visible, understandable, and valued again. |
